6. Your signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive a valid infringement notice that complies with the requirements above, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the notice and information about submitting a counter-notice.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include the following information:

1. Identification of the removed content: A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.

2. Statement of good faith belief: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

3. Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Motifsoul may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

5. Your signature: An electronic or physical signature.
